LOCAL MUNICIPALITY URBAN DEVELOPMENT ZONES

eThekwini

eThekwini Municipality has designated a UDZ that is 670 hectares in total (see map below, in which building owners and developers can apply for tax incentives. Only taxable individuals or companies that are turning a profit and are involved either in the new build or renovation of residential property.
