LOCAL MUNICIPALITY URBAN DEVELOPMENT ZONES

Msunduzi

The UDZ within Msunduzi is designated within the city's CBD and is contained within the inner city (see map below). A full text description of the UDZ can be found at: www.finance.gov.za/local_gov/urban/. The UDZs are also aligned with the annual IDP (found at http://www.msunduzi.gov.za/general/munici_idp.php).
