SMALL LANDLORDS SUPPORT SERVICESAs part of the Breaking new ground strategy of the National Department of Housing, support for rental housing options provided by small landlords is provided.The SHF as a capacity building agency will be looking at developing products and services to support this sector. The organization has initiated exploratory research to scope the sector in order to determine the nature of the support products and services that need to be provided.
